Refund Policy

– Should the event be cancelled due to venue closure, or other reasons leading to the organizer unable to fulfill the event, the participation fee will be refunded in full within a week’s notice of the cancellation.
– Registrants may sell the slot to another person if he or she is unable to make it. The registrant needs to inform the organizer of the swap in personnel to facilitate registration.
