SIC OPEN DAY 2023 OFFERS FACILITIES TO BE USED FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS

Sepang International Circuit (SIC) has introduced the inaugural SIC Open Day for the year 2023 to thank corporate partners, esteemed clients and affiliates
for their utmost support towards SIC in 2022 at Paddock Club 2, SIC today.

Dubbed as the crown jewel of Malaysian motorsports since 1999, SIC is now more open and accessible to everyone. With the unique location, SIC invites all to use SIC facilities as the preferred venue for various programmes, events and activities; corporate, lifestyle, concert, exhibition and many more.

Chief Executive Officer of SIC, Azhan Shafriman Hanif said, “SIC is not just a venue for twowheel and four-wheel activity. It is beyond that. We want SIC to be the centre of attraction and top of people’s minds. Lively atmosphere from the various activities and events happening.”

In line with the objective to garner more interest towards SIC, and to foster a healthy lifestyle among Malaysians in this modern era, SIC is frequently giving people from different walks of life to experience the SIC Time Out (STO), Cycling Open Track Day (COTD), and Portable Electric Vehicle (PEV) Open Track Day at the 5.543km track. These initiatives were established during a COVID-19 pandemic. This year will feature more promising events coming to SIC.

Apart from the high speed action at the track, there are plenty of Insta-worthy areas such as SIC Feature Wall, Hibiscus Tower, Paddock Area, Pitlane, Starting Grid and others. The latest attraction is the eatery located at Bay 3, Lakeside’s Café. A good place to chill while enjoying tasty foods and beverages. Operation hours are from 8:30am – 5:00pm and closed on Monday.

SIC would like to announce the returns of Sepang 12 Hours from 16 to 18 March 2023. It is a partnership between SIC and Top Speed. The last edition was held in 2016. Sepang 12 Hours draws top-level motorsports teams and drivers from both local and international. Free entry to the Main Grandstand and discover the interesting line-up at the starting grid.
